Terms of use
1. Acceptance
By using Nails Creator you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the app. Purchases are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Your account
Publishing, voting and the Wall club require an account (Sign in with Apple). You must be at least 13 years old. One person = one account: multiple accounts are forbidden. You can delete your account at any time in the app; your profile, designs, votes and titles are then deleted.
3. Wall club
Designs you publish are visible to all users until midnight in the country you represent, then disappear from the wall. You confirm you created them yourself and grant Nails Creator a free, worldwide licence to display them in the app for this purpose. Your username, avatar, country, badges and titles are public.
4. Zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Forbidden: nudity or sexual content, violence, hate, harassment, threats, illegal content, advertising or spam, designs stolen from others, and any cheating (multiple accounts, automated or bought votes, vote exchanges). Usernames are filtered.
5. Moderation
Every design can be reported and every user blocked from the app. Reported designs are hidden automatically after several reports and reviewed within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these terms and suspend or ban the accounts responsible, without notice.
6. Belts and badges
National and world belts are honorary titles with no monetary value. They are awarded automatically from community votes and may be withdrawn in case of cheating. Your country can be changed only once a year.
7. Premium, subscriptions and purchases
Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your App Store settings. Purchases can be restored on your devices with “Restore purchases”. Unlocking a feature by watching a video is temporary.
8. Liability and changes
The app is provided as is. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
